Catalano McClain Design is a full-service design studio, producing award-winning print and electronic media. We work in all areas of business communications, from letterhead and collateral design, sales and marketing tools, to magazines, the web, and interactive media.

We consider ourselves design generalists, more than able to take on work in many different areas. We have done work within the pharmaceutical and medical fields, with electrical products and electrical testing equipment manufacturers, state and local governments, local and regional arts associations, and work with businesses such as accounting firms and attorneys, to name a few.

Our philosophy has always been to provide quality design work that not only communicates, both clearly and precisely, but work that sells what our clients want to sell. By selling, we don’t necessarily mean only products or services, but selling the “intangibles” that our clients may want to convey, such as the quality of craftsmanship, their friendliness, and their reliability. We do this by creating an effective layout, selecting an appropriate color scheme, choosing the correct images, and writing relevant copy; in short, we’re setting the tone of the piece, the overall “feel”.
